McNair Ingenuity Research conduct research for statistical purposes and do not keep information that could identify you without your permission. In the case of telephone surveys we keep your phone number for a short period and ask for your first name so that our supervisors have time to check the quality of our work. If you have been interviewed by us over the telephone you may be called later that evening or a few days later to check that our interviewers have been friendly, polite and accurate. Once the project is complete your identity and anything that could identify you is deleted from records. In the case of surveys that you have completed and posted in to us or emailed us, we keep your name and details with that for a short period in case we need to check anything and also because there is usually a draw and we will need to be able to identify and contact the winner of the draw. After that time your personal details are deleted from our records. In some cases we have surveys that require us to store or pass on your details to our client. You will always be advised if this is the case, and no information will be passed on without your consent.
