You probably haven’t heard much about this new Australian standard (which supersedes Interviewer Quality Control Australia (IQCA)) for one important reason – hardly any market and social research firms have managed to achieve this. In fact, at this time, only ten firms have been registered to AS4752. However McNair Ingenuity Research was one of the first research firms to be registered, back in August 2005.

AS4752 covers every aspect of the research process from taking a client brief through interviewing and analysis and on to delivery of the final results. This is a big step forward from just auditing the interviewing process.
